The Red Paddle Co VARIO 3P 170-210 paddle is for All Round boards. It is our initial level rowing, but it is not less technical for that. It has an EVA-coated pole, an ergonomic design with a T-grip.

The mid-size nylon blade has been streamlined for a reduced-impact paddling, with the proper camber to reduce rower fatigue. The adjustable top section allows multiple paddlers to share the same paddle using a simple and robust push-pin system, so the paddle adjusts to a variety of heights, allowing you to share your love of SUP with friends and family.

The Alloy Nylon paddle is a great starting point for first-time rowers and is a great value. If you're looking for a slightly lighter, higher-performance paddle, our Glass and Carbon paddles are fantastic paddles, depending on your budget.
