Shipping costs are free to:
- Andorra, Spain Peninsula, Portugal, France and Germany* for orders over 50€
- Other EU countries* for orders over 60€
- Outside the EU, the shipping costs will be clearly indicated in your cart. In these destinations, the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges, and these are the responsibility of the client.
Transportation costs vary depending on the destination, the purchase amount and the volume / weight of the merchandise. In these cases, if a purchase cannot be sent to these destinations (due to volume, expenses, additional fees) and the payment has been made correctly, you will be notified by email and/or by phone and the amount will be immediately refund and the order will be cancelled.
Shipping costs for each order are calculated based on your delivery address. In any case, shipping costs will be recalculated at each step of the order, and will appear at all times in the shopping cart, clearly differentiated from the price of the item(s).
