What is the guarantee by breakage / loss Warranty Bike?

If the equipment is misplace, stolen, broke or damaged, the Customer will be charged for the value of the items. 

As long as the customer has contracted the breakage / loss BIKE warranty, if there is a problem with the following components (wheels, rims, spokes, punctures, brakes, disc brakes and brake levers), the customer will not have to pay for possible damage, if it is due to the normal use of the equipment.

This exception will not apply in case of negligence or misuse and in no case will it ever cover the frame, the fork or the shock absorbers.
